History filled the halls in West Chapmanville and Man Elementary Schools as students presented “Living Wax Museums.”
On Monday, March 2, 2015, West Chapmanville’s third and fourth grade students brought historical figures to life for fellow students and parents. Iconic individuals such as Charles Lindbergh, Theodore Roosevelt, and Amelia Earhart came to life to tell visitors about their lives and impact on history.
Man Elementary’s “Living Wax Museum” was held on Friday, March 20, 2015. Third and fourth grade students created a journey through history as they presented historical figures ranging from ancient Egypt to modern-day America. The museum, organized by fourth grade teacher Tara Frye, was open to Man Elementary students and families.
