Man Middle School Has Highest Attendance

Man Middle School has been awarded with the highest attendance for the seventh month of school in the 2014-2015 year.

With 440 students, MMS averaged 94.15 percent daily attendance and became the first Man-area school to win the attendance trophy. MMS is named the winner after being a contender for the award several times this year, coming in third place in last month’s competition.

Verdunville Elementary came in second place for the seventh month with 93.66 percent, and Holden Elementary finished third with 93.51 percent.

As a part of its “Every Student, Every Day” attendance awareness campaign, Logan County Schools will recognize the school with the highest attendance rate each month. The winning school will receive the monthly attendance trophy to display until the next winner is announced.
